Two loads the same size can cost different amounts. A truck of mattresses weighs far less than a truck of drywall, and a curbside pile is quicker than a third-floor walk-up. So we look at all three.

How much does junk removal cost?
Jobs start from $100 CAD. The final price depends on the volume of your items, their weight, and the labour needed to carry them out. Estimates are free.
Will the price change when you arrive?
We confirm the final price with you on site before any work starts. You decide whether to go ahead.
Can you come today?
Yes, we offer same-day pickup. Call (778) 321-6666 and we'll arrange the earliest crew we can. We're open every day from 8am to 8pm.
How can I get a more accurate estimate?
Send photos of everything that needs to go, and tell us where it is and whether there are stairs or an elevator.
Do I need to be home?
For curbside or yard pickups, usually not. For jobs inside, someone needs to let the crew in. Call us to arrange it.
What can't you take?
Hazardous materials such as paint, chemicals, solvents, fuel and asbestos. If you're unsure about an item, ask us first.
Can you serve Chinese-speaking customers?
Yes. You can book, ask questions and get your estimate in English or Chinese.
